Swedish Internet sites hacked by muslim cyber terrorists

The wrath directed at artist Lars Vilk's drawings of the Prophet Muhammed portrayed as a dog has now begun to effect a large number of Swedish businesses, organisations and private individuals.

Several Swedish Internet sites have been attacked by aggressive hackers and more sites are threathened, according to www.expressen.se. "Attack Sweden! Bring Sweden Down", reads a site with connections to the cyber terrorists.

When Lars Vilk published drawings of Muhammed as a dog - a spoof on a public art project, the so called "round about dogs project" - he unsuspectingly caused huge turmoil world wide.

In Pakistan, a doll portaying Swedish prime minister Fredrik Reinfeldt was burned in protest by a group of extremists.

Now, severeal internet sites are attacked by cyber terrorists in revenge for the drawings.

New riots in Copenhagen

KĂ–PENHAMN. Last night, riots once again shook the the city of Copenhagen, capital of Denmark. Police used teargas to break up the crowds, which had been destroying cobble stones and breaking window displays at Norrebro in central Copenhagen.

This morning, nearly 50 aggressive youngsters were arrested. What started as a friendly manifestation in memory of a youth centre called "Jagtvej", soon turned into outright riots.

On Griffengeldsgade, demonstrators built a 12 feet bonfire, into which they threw bicycles and construction wood. The smoke pillar form the fire could be seen all over Copenhagen.
